‍Lesson Attendance

If you know that you are unable to attend a lesson, please try your best to inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If the student does not show up within the first 15 minutes of the lesson, the lesson will not take place and will be charged.

Private Course (1:1):

• Full refund or reschedule 24 hours before the start of the lesson.

‍

‍Regular/Conversation Course:

• Full refund if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the course starts.
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs within a week of the course start date.
• No refund available after a week from the course start date.

‍Lesson Cancellation by Teacher:

Occasionally, the teacher may need to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to emergency situations.

In such cases:

• The teacher will make efforts to reschedule the lesson with the students.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the teacher will reimburse the student for the missed lesson (only if the student purchased the Private Course).
